Isolate the power and let the bulbs cool. Clear glass shows everything, so wipe the cylinders with a lint-free cloth rather than a paper towel. To wash them, take them off, use warm soapy water, and dry them completely before refitting. Wipe the black canopy with a barely damp cloth and dry it straight away.

The design is a straight line of clear glass cylinders on a black backplate, and it earns its keep because it scales. Two lights over a small bathroom mirror, four over a double vanity, six along a corridor wall or up a stairwell. Same fitting, three lengths.
Clear glass is the deliberate choice here. A frosted shade loses output to diffusion and hides the lamp; a clear cylinder passes almost everything through and puts the bulb on show. That makes the bulb part of the decision, and a filament LED is what most people want inside it.
It mounts either way up. Shades pointing down over a mirror light a face without shadow. Shades pointing up wash the wall and the ceiling and turn the same fitting into ambient light. Decide before you drill, because the backplate fixings determine which way the cylinders sit.
Bar lengths are 35cm for two lights, 79cm for four and 115cm for six, all 26.5cm to 26.7cm tall with a 20cm by 12cm canopy. Over a mirror, a useful rule is to pick a bar around two thirds to three quarters of the mirror width.
All mounting hardware is in the box with illustrated instructions. It is hardwired on AC and the fitting takes any LED, CFL or other bulb under 60W with an E26 base, none of them included.

What size suits a bathroom mirror?
Pick a bar roughly two thirds to three quarters of the mirror width. For a 60cm mirror the 2 light; for a 100cm to 120cm mirror the 4 light.

They are spaced evenly along the bar, so the 4 light spreads over 79cm and the 6 light over 115cm.
Can I use it in a corridor?
Yes, and the 6 light at 115cm is well suited to it. Fitted shades up, it washes the wall and the ceiling.
Will it look right in a period house?
It is designed to sit in both contemporary and farmhouse rooms. Clear glass and black metal is a fairly neutral combination.
Do the glass shades come off?
Yes, for cleaning. Take them off cold, wash in warm soapy water and dry fully before refitting.
Do fingerprints show on clear glass?
Yes. Handle the cylinders with a cloth, and use a lint-free cloth rather than paper towel when you wipe them.
How high should it go above a mirror?
Above the mirror rather than beside it, usually with the bottom of the fitting around 2m from the floor. Fitting alongside at eye level tends to glare.
Can I use two of the 2 light bars either side of a mirror?
Yes, that is a common arrangement and it gives flatter light on a face than a single bar above.
Is there a warm and a cool version?
The fitting does not set the colour. Your bulb choice does, so pick 2700K for warm or 4000K for neutral.

Sizing a sconce bar
Wall lights go wrong on proportion more often than on style. The bar is 35cm, 79cm or
115cm, and the right one depends on what it is lighting rather than on the size of the
room.
Over a mirror
Take the mirror width and aim for a fitting two thirds to three quarters of it. A 60cm
mirror takes the 2 light. A 100cm to 120cm mirror takes the 4 light. Anything wider, or
a double vanity, is where the 6 light earns its length. Mount it above the mirror, not
beside it, unless you are fitting a pair either side.
Along a wall
In a corridor or up a stairwell the 6 light at 115cm reads as a horizontal line, which
is a different and often better effect than a row of separate fittings. Fit it with the
shades pointing up and it washes the wall above it; pointing down and it puts pools on
the floor.
The bulb is on show
Clear glass hides nothing, which is the point and also the constraint. A filament LED
looks intentional. A bare frosted domestic bulb looks like a bulb somebody had spare.
Keep the wattage modest, because six unshaded lamps on a corridor wall at head height
is glare rather than lighting, and use the dimmer.
Bathrooms, honestly
The supplier lists bathroom vanities among the uses and it is a sensible place for this
shape. What the fitting does not have is an IP rating, and UK bathrooms are divided into
zones with rules about what may go where. Ask your electrician which zone your wall sits
in before you buy. If the answer is a zone that needs a rated fitting, our bathroom
