Following your delivery
Every order ships with tracked delivery. As soon as your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Orders are packed within 24 to 48 hours and UK delivery then takes 5 to 7 days, which is the same figure on our shipping page, on every product page and in your order confirmation.
Can't find your tracking email? Check your spam folder first, then get in touch with your order number and we will resend it and chase the courier for you.
