What counts as a wholesale order?
There is no fixed threshold. Tell us the quantities and we will quote. Fit-out and multi-unit orders are the ones where the numbers move most.
How quickly can you quote?
Usually within one business day, sooner if the items and quantities are clear in your first email.
Can you supply the same fitting in quantity?
That depends on the line and the number. Tell us which product and how many, and we will confirm what is available and when.
Do you supply to trade accounts, developers and hotels?
Yes. Vanity lights, flush mounts and wall sconces are the lines ordered in quantity most often.
What information should I send with a quote request?
The product, the quantity, the delivery postcode and the date you need it. Those four settle most of the answer.
Do wholesale orders ship differently?
Larger orders may be palletised and quoted separately for delivery. We will say so in the quote rather than surprise you at checkout.
Are wholesale prices published?
No. They depend on the line and the quantity, which is why it is a quote rather than a price list.
